<p>There are a couple of issues at work here:<br />
1.If we face the facts, we don&#8217;t want to loose Weight &#8211; we want to loose FAT.  Many of those that promise faster weight loss are actually basing their short-term results on an extreme diet that causes the body to flush water from the system. Since water&#8217;s quite heavy, the initial 7-day results can be eye-popping!  But that&#8217;s not a healthy way to live.</p>
<p>2.Weight loss isn&#8217;t about &#8216;diets&#8217; and packaged foods. A diet can kick-start the process, but unless it&#8217;s teaching us simple techniques we can incorporate into our daily lives, eventually we&#8217;ll all submit to temptation.<br />
Finally, we have to be honest and stop lieing to ourselves!  A vibrant life of strength and a sculpted body do not result from eating healthily on the couch while watching Monk! </p>
<p>The only way to get the body we deserve is through movement and activity!  </p>
